Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals
Check In & Check
Out:Check In is at 4pm & Check Out is at 11am. Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping staff to come inside and start cleaning the cabin for the next guest. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve a cabin. We require guests to show proof of identification at check in.
Making a Reservation:To make a reservation you must call our office at 1-706-964-6032 or 1-877-628-3353 and fill out a general information sheet. You must use a Credit Card at the time of booking to hold your cabin, a down payment in the sum of $300 will be charged as soon as the reservation is made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid cash, money order, travelers check or credit card at the time of check in.
Should a credit card be unavailable at the time of booking, a check can be used for the reservation deposit with the addition of a $25.00 administrative fee and the following restrictions: A check for the $325 (total reflects $300 deposit and $25.00 administrative fee) must be received within (4) four business days of the booking, or the reservation will be canceled. Any reservations canceled because of delayed check payment are subject to all cancellation policies and fees. Due to demand, agent(s) do not accept checks for reservations made less than (30) thirty days before arrival or for reservations made for holiday rentals. If you plan to use a check for the initial deposit, be certain it is addressed correctly and mailed in a timely manner to avoid cancellation & additional fees. Checks that must be reissued due to incorrect address or checks that are returned are subject to a $35.00 service fee."
Security Deposit:A credit card must be presented at time of check in, as a security deposit against any possible damage done to the cabin and to ensure all policies have been met. No charges will be made to the credit card as long as no damage is found evident to the cabin and all policies have been respected. If damages surpass the $250, additional charges will be applied.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING: Once a reservation is made changes to the date and/or property are subject to a non-refundable $30.00 fee per alteration. Also, changes to the reservation date and/or property can only be made (14) fourteen or more business days prior to check in date. Rentals are based on availability, and once a property has been reserved and held for a tenant(s) other inquiries will be turned away. Thus, alterations regarding property location or date of reservation could prevent other rentals.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not include additions/subtractions to the number of guests. There will be NO CHARGE FOR A CHANGE IN GUEST COUNT or adding a day. (All other normal rates still apply)
Confirmation of Reservation:After making a reservation, you will receive a rental statement by e-mail, or if you request it by fax or mail. This statement will supply your name, the cabin you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to our office. It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay.
Payment Policy:expected in full at the time of check in. Cash, money order, travelers check, or credit card are accepted.
Listing & Pricing:We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals website is correct. Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include tax or cleaning fee and are subject to change. Rates for holidays, special events, and weekends may be higher. Minimum night requirements may vary for holidays and special events.
Acts of God/Construction
Noise: Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals shall not be liable
for events beyond their control which may interfere
with guest occupancy, including but not limited to Acts
of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes,
war, inclement weather and construction noise from nearby
sites. NO DISCOUNT OR REFUND will be offered in these
circumstances.
Extra Hot Tub Cleaning:
HOT TUBS HAVE BEEN DRAINED, CLEANED & REFILLED PRIOR
TO ARRIVAL. There will be a $35.00 charge if guest(s)
require an additional cleaning to the hot tub during
guest(s) stay.
No Smoking Inside the Cabin
Cancellation Policy:To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation to: Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals, P.O. Box 760, McCaysville, Georgia 30555.
There is an “anytime” reservations cancellation fee of $30.00. Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to an $100.00 fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $300 deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, No Exceptions.

Late Check-In Payment Policy & Damage Hold: We require a valid credit card at the time of check in, to place a $250 damage hold on. This WILL NOT be charged to your credit card UNLESS there are damages.
PLEASE NOTE that if you are a LATE CHECK IN the BALANCE OF THE RENTAL FEE will be charged to your credit card AT 5:00 pm, THE EVENING OF CHECK IN. If you would like to make other arrangements please call the office. We will also put the $250 damage hold on the credit card used at the time of booking the night of check in, or if checking in on a holiday we will place the hold the last business day before check in. If the card on file is a debit card, you will need to call the office before check in to give the office a valid credit card. IF YOU DON'T CALL AND GIVE US A CREDIT CARD - WE WILL PLACE A HOLD ON YOUR DEBIT CARD. THIS WILL LAST FOR UP TO 30 DAYS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE FUNDS HELD FOR DAMAGES UNTIL THE HOLD IS RELEASED BY THE BANK! WE HAVE NO CONTROL AFTER PLACING A DAMAGE HOLD ON YOUR CARD OF WHEN IT WILL BE RELEASED AND IT COULD BE UP TO 30 DAYS.
Pet Policy
Only adult dogs are permitted in some cabins.
Puppies up to 15 months old
are NOT permitted in any of the cabins. Maximum
pet weight is 25 pounds. There will be an additional
$10 cleaning fee per pet.
Pet Policy ~ Guests acknowledge, understand and agree
that for Agents to continue its very lenient Pet Policy,
the following items must be adhered to:
- There is a $15 per night additional fee for each
additional pet.
- There will be an additional security deposit of
$100.00
per pet, per stay that will be guaranteed on a VISA,
MASTER CARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Pets are NOT
permitted in the hot tub. Guests agree to pay not
less than $100.00
cleaning fee if pet gets into the hot tub.
- Pets MUST BE COMPLETELY HOUSE BROKEN! WELL
BEHAVED AND PEST FREE!
- Pets are NOT allowed on any of
the beds or furniture. Guests will be charged an additional
cleaning fee of not less than $50.00
if pet hair causes a delay in cleaning service.
- Guests agree they will NOT use
any linens or towels on pets.
- Guests agree to bring pets’ crate and bedding for
their pets. While Guests are away from the cabin,
Guests will be sure that pet is secured in a pet carrier
and NOT left to wander inside the
cabin, screened porch or outside.
- If pets have an accident in cabin, all clean up
will be performed by the Guests. Guests further agree
to police waste from the grounds and deposit in a
plastic bag and placed in outside garbage cans. Guests
agree that failure to comply with clean-ups of either
inside cabin or outside cabin will result in an additional
cleaning charge of not less than $50.00.
- Should damage to the cabin, grounds or furnishings
(including linens) or flea infestation occur, the
Guest is responsible for said charges up to and beyond
the pet security deposit and will be charged to the
credit card placed for pet deposit, if the credit
card will not cover these charges Guests will make
arrangements with Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals for replacing
and/or repairing the damages. These charges include
the time involved by Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals in correcting,
clean up, fumigation, replacement, repair of said
damages.
- Guests agree to be in full control of their pets
at all times and take full responsibility for their
pets well being.
- If any of these Pet Policy items are not met, Guests
are in violation of the Agreement/Contract. Guests
agree that by signing this Agreement/Contract, they
are authorizing Agents to charge Guests credit card
on file for any damages Sustained.
