Outside the dining room is a large deck with an outside table, a wood-burning fireplace and lots of comfortable deck/lounge furniture right on the banks of the river.

The home is a short walk to downtown McCaysville GA/Copperhill, TN, The RiverWalk indoor mall, unique downtown shops, local restaurants, breweries, minutes from rafting and tubing or maybe you embrace your adventurous spirit and raft the site of the 1996 white water Olympics class five Ocoee River just a few miles away.

Maximum number of vehicles which may be parked overnight shall not exceed 2 vehicles.
